Ivan spent most of his child hood growing up in the automotive city of Oshawa and High Wycomb, Buckinghamshire, England, where his parents are from. Ivan learned a lot about the different regions of the province during his time in Industrial Commercial and Institutional sales. Ivan started his Real Estate Profession in 2004 in Sault Ste Marie where he became a success as he sold what others could not, learning from experienced Brokers, Dan Allessandrini of the Real Estate Stop and Sam Butkovich of Remax SSM. After being with Remax for 4 years in 2009 he launched Realtyvine Inc., his own real estate company that focuses on specific client needs. Ivan enjoys helping others who need it and lives by the motos of "good things happen to good people" and “you can't keep a good man down".
